Step 2
Add a photo or two
A quick snap of the leak, lock or boiler helps your pro bring the right parts. It’s optional, but it helps.
Step 3
Get matched with a nearby pro
We find a vetted pro close to you who’s free now, or at the time you chose. You’ll see their name and rating.
Step 4
Track them and chat in the app
Watch them on the map as they come to you, and message them in the app. Your phone number stays private.
Step 5
Confirm, pay and review
When the job is done, you confirm and we take payment. Then leave a review to help your neighbours.
What if something goes wrong?
Every job is covered by the Relay Guarantee. If the problem isn’t fixed, something gets damaged, your pro doesn’t turn up or you’ve been overcharged, tell us within 30 days and we’ll put it right.
